Recipe Ingredients for Vietnamese Coconut Chicken

2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
8 oz Pure Coconut Water
1 large Onions
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
6 clove Garlic
2 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black
4 fl oz 100% Apple Juice Original
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Vietnamese Coconut Chicken

  1. Brown chicken in olive oil in wok

  2. Add the onion, soy sauce, garlic, sugar, salt, MSG (or sugar) and peppercorns. Cover and simmer over a low heat for about 15 minutes.

  3. Add the Chinese rice wine/apple juice and coconut juice. Bring to the boil and simmer over a low heat for 20 minutes.
