Recipe Ingredients for Vietnamese chicken salad

375 grams skinless chicken, shredded (about 2 cups)
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
185 grams napa cabbage (about 2 cups shredded)
4 scallions
1/4 cup cilantro
45 grams unsalted peanuts (about 1/4 cup)
1 jalapeno pepper, sliced thinly

Recipe Directions for Vietnamese chicken salad

  1. Combine chicken, scallions, cabbage, peanuts, jalapeno, and cilantro in a large bowl and toss to combine.

  2. Whisk remaining ingredients together in a medium bowl to make the dressing.
