Recipe Ingredients for Vietnamese Chicken Salad

7 oz cabbage, shredded
7 oz chicken breast, cooked, shredded
1 large carrot, julienned
3 tbs mint, minced

Dressing:
1 tbs sugar
1 tbs vegetable oil
1 tbs lime juice
1 tbs fish sauce
1/2 cup sliced red onion

Recipe Directions for Vietnamese Chicken Salad

Mix all ingredients in dressing, set aside. Mix cabbage, chicken, carrot, and mint. Add dressing and mix well.
