2 cups Summer Squash
2 cups Mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive oil
1 tbsp. Butter
1/2 tsp. Pepper,fresh ground
1/2 tsp. Basil, frozen/fresh

  1. melt butter and oil in a skillet, over med high heat.

  2. add veggies , basil and pepper.

  3. stir fry till tender

  4. serve while hot.
