Quick and hearty it freezes well and makes two batches. cut in half if you only want to make one batch.

Recipe Ingredients for Victoria's Tuna Casserole

2 cans tuna(drained)
1 cup fat free sour cream
3/4 cup fat free milk
1/4 tsp pepper
4 cups macaroni noodles(measured after cooked and drained)
2 cups Mixed Vegetables(corn, peas, carotts, green beans)
15 Crackers(crushed)
1/4 cups Parmesean cheese(grated)
2 tbsp. unsalted Butter

Recipe Directions for Victoria's Tuna Casserole

  1. cook noodles and drain,set aside,steam or microwave veggies, set aside.

  2. In seperate bowl combine tuna, sour cream, milk, pepper, and half of the parmesean cheeses mix well, then add the veggies and noodles combine.

  3. butter dishes lightly with 1/2 tbsp of butter. add mixture to each dish evenly.

  4. combine crumbs and other half of parmesean cheese and butter and top the casseroles then bake for 35 min in a 400 degree oven.
