Recipe Ingredients for Victoria's Scones

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
6 tbsp margarine, cold
1/2 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for Victoria's Scones

  1. Mix dry ingredients. Cut in margarine.

  2. Add milk. Stir until dough comes together (don't overmix).

  3. Shape into a round 1-1/2" thick. Cut into 8 wedges.

  4. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

  5. Bake 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
