Recipe Ingredients for victoria sponge

4 oz margarine
4 oz brown sugar
2 medium eggs
4 oz self raising flour

Recipe Directions for victoria sponge

  1. heat oven to gas mark 4 grease or line 2 x sandwich tins.

  2. cream together margarine and sugar, until light and fluffy, beat in the eggs, one at a time, adding a little flour each time.

  3. gently fold in the remaining flour.

  4. place in prepared tins for 20 - 25 minutes.

  5. when cooled fill with your desired fillin add this to your food logg seperately.
