Recipe Ingredients for Victoria Sponge

200 g self raising flour
200 g margarine
200 g sugar
2 Eggs

Recipe Directions for Victoria Sponge

  1. mix the sugar and butter untill creamy, add two eggs, beat well, add flour, beat untill well mixed.

  2. Pour mixture into two cake tins, cook for 20 mins on 180 C or until golden colouring
