Recipe Ingredients for Victoria Sandwich

8 oz Flour
8 oz ICBINB! Regular (Soft)
8 oz Sugars, Granulated
4 medium Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Victoria Sandwich

  1. Blend all ingredients.

  2. If you want a lighter outcome, cream the butter and sugar first, then slowly whisk in the sifted flour and eggs. Split between two greased tins. Bake for ~25 mins. Can't remember the temperature... possibly gas mark 5?

  3. Leave to cool, then spread one with jam --> sandwich. You could add butter icing if necessary but not my favourite thing in the world!
