100 g diced onion
200 g capsicum
100 g celery
3 cloves garlic
200 g shrimp
200 g chicken breast
1 tbspn paprika
450 g tomatoes
1 litre chicken stock
150 g long grain rice

  1. heat oil. sweat garlic and onion. add capsicum, celery, chicken, tomatoes.

  2. add spices and salt, stock and rice. bring to boil and simmer until rice is cooked.
