Delicious substitute for regular burger.

Recipe Ingredients for Vickie's Turkey Burger

1 lb. ground turkey breast'
1/4 cup catsup
3 tbl Dijon mustard
1 tsp Garlic Pepper

Recipe Directions for Vickie's Turkey Burger

Mix all ingredients, form 5 patties and cook on George Forman Grill. Serve on whole wheat bread or bun with low fat cheese choice (I prefer Provolone), onion slice, lettuce and tomato. Yum.
