Recipe Ingredients for Vickie's Meatloaf

1 lb Lean Ground Beef
1 1/4 lb Ground Turkey
1/2 lb turkey sausage
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup canned mushrooms
1 stalk celery (diced)
1 onion (diced)
1/2 green pepper (diced)
1/2 cup egg substitute
1 cup oatmeal
1 tbl Worchestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder

  2. shape into two loaves

  3. bake at 375 F for 45-60 minutes

  4. let rest 10 minutes before slicing
