Recipe Ingredients for Vickies Healthy Lower Sodium Beef Stew

20 ounces beef stew meat
4 cups Corn, sweet, yellow
6 cups Blue Lake cut green beans
3 1/2 servings tomatoes diced no salt added
24 ounces white potatoes
1 small onion
3 1/2 cups sliced carrots
3 1/2 servings Hunt's tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for Vickies Healthy Lower Sodium Beef Stew

  1. Boil beef in saucepan. Pour off any fat on surface of water. Add onion and continue to boil.

  2. Combine all ingredients into 2 gallon pan and boil until tender. Simmer until mixture thickens to desired consistancy.
