12 carrots
6 cups fresh spinach
3 stalks celery
28 ounces tomato puree
4 cups water
6 ounces frozen corn
6 ounces frozen peas
1 pound fresh green beans

Recipe Directions for Very Veggie Soup

  1. cut veggies into 1 inch pieces

  2. add to pot.

  3. cover with water

  4. add tomato puree

  5. simmer for 1 1/2 hours
