all fresh organic ingredients with half the yolk. use one egg and one egg white no milk needed. Get all your creamy satisfaction and calcium from the cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Very veggie scramble

1 tbl sweet onion
1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbl green pepper
1 mushroom
1 egg
1 egg white
2 tbl tomato
1 slice american cheese

Recipe Directions for Very veggie scramble

  1. Prep all vegetables/fruit(tomato yup it's a fruit) to your liking/size.

  2. heat pan to medium and add olive oil.

  3. add onions and cook for 5 minutes allowing them to caramelize a bit. Add Remainder of vegetables/fruit and salt continuing to cooking for 2 more minutes. Scramble egg and egg white and pour into pan with the other ingredients. stir mixture for about 30 seconds and remove from heat. flip mixture one more time allowing residual heat from pan to finish cooking. Top with cheese and enjoy. Plate optional.
