Recipe Ingredients for Very Veggie Meatless Chili

1 cup corn, cut family size
6 serving(57 g) Crumbles Meatless Ground
1 large chopped Onions
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
2 cups cauliflower
2 cups broccoli
14 oz Diced Tomatoes, no salt
2 tomatoes
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 oz Chili Powder

Recipe Directions for Very Veggie Meatless Chili

  1. Saute chopped onions, bell pepper and garlic. Add cauliflower & broccoli, cook 10 minutes.

  2. Add spices. Stir and continue to saute for about 3 minutes. Be careful to not overcook vegetables.

  3. Stir in tomatoes, and cook on medium heat for about 10-15 minutes.

  4. Add crumbles. Stir. Simmer on lowest heat for another 10 minutes.

  5. Salt to taste.
