Recipe Ingredients for Very Veggie Calzone

8 oz pizza dough (wheat)
1/4 cup broccoli (cut into small pieces)
1/4 cup red onion (diced)
1/4 cup green pepper (slivered)
1/4 mushrooms (slliced thin)
1/8 cup black olives (halved)
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup tomato sauce (on the side)

Recipe Directions for Very Veggie Calzone

  1. roll out the dough into a 12 inch circle and fill with veggies and cheese, fold over and pinch closed. brush with oil.

  2. bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes or until golden

  3. dip in tomato sauce on the side
