Homemade dinner in about 30 minutes: just add these to storebought pasta sauce, cook up some noodles and serve with a salad. Quick and easy - very healthy alternative to storebought meatballs...just don't overcook or they will be super dry.

Recipe Ingredients for Very Simple homemade meatballs

1 pound lean ground beef (93% fat free)
1/2 cup of Progresso Italian bread crumbs
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Very Simple homemade meatballs

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Mix all of the ingredients well with hands.

  3. Roll into balls about the size of a ping pong ball.

  4. Makes about 18 meatballs.

  5. Spray the cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
