Recipe Ingredients for Very Raw Salad

1 cup, chopped Kale
0.25 cup Parsley
0.5 cup Chard, Swiss
0.25 cup chopped Red Onion
0.25 cup, chopped Chicory Greens
1 cup, thawed(221 g) Strawberries
10 grams Vinegar red wine

Recipe Directions for Very Raw Salad

Wash and chop greens. Puree strawberries with vinegar and water (to preferred consistency) to create vinaigrette dressing. Mix strawberry vinaigrette with greens and chopped red onion and enjoy.
