This is a modification of the original recipe to match 1) what I actually did with the stuff I bought and 2) the fact that I bought mostly fat-free stuff.

2 bananas
2 cups yogurt, fat free vanilla
1/2 cup sorbet, fat free raspberry
1/2 cup milk, 1%

Recipe Directions for Very Low Fat Raspberry Banana Smoothie

  1. Put everything in a blender.

  2. Blend.

  3. Pour.

  4. Drink.
