Wanted to cut out the mayo but not the yum...it worked think next time i will omit the mayo all together...would save a ton of calories

Recipe Ingredients for very low cal tuna salad

198 g albacore tuna
1/4 c. cottage cheese
2 oz Voskos Greek Yogurt (Plain, Non-Fat)
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1 dash garlic powder
1 dash dill weed
2 tbsp. relish
2 tbsp. Mayonnaise

  1. mix all ingredients together

  2. add chopped onion, celery, shredded bell peppers, shredded kale, water chestnuts, etc to add crunch and nutrition
