amazingly low calorie stir fry for one vegitarian friendly and very light and easy to digest

Recipe Ingredients for very low cal stir fry

1/2 cup mushrooms, button chopped
1/2 cup peppers, bell chopped
1 tsp garlic, ground
3 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for very low cal stir fry

  1. Chop approx 2 button mushrooms to make half a cup of chopped button mushrooms

  2. chop approx 1 large slice of red and yellow peppers to make half a cup of chopped peppers

  3. heay 1 tsp of olive oil in a small wok

  4. add ingreadients and add 1 tsp of ground garlic

  5. after a few mins add 3 tsp of sharwood rich soy sauce

  6. enjoy!!!
