Recipe Ingredients for very low cal muffins

2 cups Unsweetened Applesauce
1 cup splenda
1 1/2 cups Wheat Flour
2/3 cup cocoa powder
4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Recipe Directions for very low cal muffins

  1. -Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. -Grease muffin tins with Pam non-fat cooking spray

  3. -Combine Applesauce,

  4. Splenda, -Combine all remaining ingredients mix well

  5. -Add dry ingredients to applesauce mixture and mix until well blended

  6. -Add chocolate chips and mix with spoon

  7. -Spoon batter into muffin cups

  8. -Bake for 20-22 minutes

  9. -Muffins are done when tops are firm to the touch
