300 grams Beef
550 grams Potatoes,
200 grams Turnips
275 grams Carrots
400 grams Leeks
1 Cube Stock Cubes
4 Glass Water
2 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Very lean mince beef scouse

  1. In a large pan, brown mince beef remove any excess fat.

  2. Add sliced leek & crushed garlic.

  3. fry for few mins.

  4. Add cubed potatoes, turnip & chopped carrots,

  5. mix well.

  6. sprinkles over stock cube and add water untill veggies are covered.

  7. Bring to the boil.

  8. lower heat and leave to cook for an hr or so

  9. Add salt & pepper to taste and serve,
