3/4 cups of mixed berries
1/2 cup of lowfat yogurt
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of ice

  1. blend in the yogurt with the frozen berries.

  2. next put in vinilla extract then blend til' smooth

  3. finally put in crushed ice and blend
