1 slice whole grain bread
1 tbs. fat free mayo
1 tbs. grey poupon mustard
1 tbs. celery
1 tbs. Fresh dill
1 tbs. Scallions
1/4 cup dried cherry
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1 tbs. toasted almonds
1/3 cup Chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Very Berry homemade Chicken salad

  1. Cut chicken breast into small bite size pieces.

  2. coarsely chop almonds

  3. slice scallions into small rings

  4. toast slice of whole grain bread

  5. add all ingredients into bowl and mix to combine serve on plate with toasted whole grain slice
