Recipe Ingredients for Versatile Vegetable Soup

2 medium raw Leeks
3 tsp Minced Garlic
1 1tsp Olive Oil
0.33 tbsp Canola Oil
64 oz Water
15 oz Stewed Tomatoes, Original Recipe
4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
3 medium Carrots, Baby
2 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweetpotato
4 cube Bouillon
2 cup, shredded Cabbage
1 cup Cut Green Beans

Recipe Directions for Versatile Vegetable Soup

  1. Saute leeks, and garlic in oil until tender.

  2. Add everything else and simmer for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Add salt, pepper, and parsley to taste.
