Recipe Ingredients for Venison Vegetable Soup

1 onion
3 stalks celery
3 carrots
1 zuchinni
1 cup peas
1 lb venison
1/2 cup brown rice
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
6 1/2 cup water
156 ml tomato paste

Recipe Directions for Venison Vegetable Soup

Brown venison in olive oil and then add onions and celery and cook until soft. Add carrots, tomato paste, and water and bring to a boil. Add rice and reduce heat, cook until rice is done. Add peas and zucchini and cook until peas are tender. Season with garlic powder and spices, add worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Serve hot.
