Deer tips browned with flour and olive oil, then stewed in the crock pot and served over egg noodles. It says sugar free, but its not. I cant figure out how to make that go away. Sorry!

Recipe Ingredients for Venison Tips over Noodles

32 oz venison
1/2 cup flour
2 cups beef broth
1/2 cup ketchup
1 cup baby bella mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup green onions
1 lb. dry egg noodles
3 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Venison Tips over Noodles

  1. Coat venison "tips" with most of the flour and seasoning of your choice.Reserve rest of flour for thickening.

  2. Brown tips in heated olive oil, transfer to to crock pot.

  3. Mix in all the rest of the ingredients except for the noodles.

  4. Stir and cook over low heat for approximately 3 hours.

  5. Turn heat to high, add remaining flour, and cook until thickened.

  6. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
