469 grams Deer, Loin
2 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
50 grams whole wheat flour
1 tsp. Sea salt
3/4 tsp Garlic Powder
3/4 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated
10 grams Flavor Boost Concentrated Broth

Recipe Directions for Venison Tender Tips

Use 1.5 tbsp. olive oil and add onions and garlic over medium low heat. Sweat until tender. Cut tenderloin into small pieces and coat with wheat flour. Season with seasonings and add bouillon then cover with water and simmer over low heat until fall apart tender.
