2 medium onions, sliced
4 large potatoes, chunked
3 cups carrots, chunked
2 lbs venison

  1. Braised venison roast

  2. Add Broth and 1 cup water

  3. add veggies

  4. add seasonings

  5. Bring to a boil then simmer for at least one hour, until veggies are cooked as desired.
