Recipe Ingredients for Venison Spaghetti Sauce

4 serving raw deer loin
28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
8 oz Condensed Soup
1/2 large Onions
1/5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1/4 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 clove Garlic
1 tbsp. olive & canola oil]
2 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 serving Ground Red Pepper Spice
1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Venison Spaghetti Sauce

Grind 12 oz. of deer loin and set aside. Put oil in pan. Add diced onion, peppers and garlic and salt. Saute until onion become almost translucent. Add ground deer and all the spices.j Cook until meat is cooked. Add can of tomatoes and soup. Stir and reduce heat to simmer. Let simmer for about 1 hour. Serve over spaghetti or use as a base for other applications.
