4 pounds venison
1 pound bacon

Recipe Directions for Venison Sausage

Grind venison and then bacon. Combine both in a mixing bowl. Add spices. Mix together until both meats have been thoroughly combined. Spoon 1 pound of meat into vacuum bags. Allow sausage to sit in the frig for 48 hours to allow spices to blend into the meat. Freeze after 48 hours.
