Recipe Ingredients for venison meatloaf

224 grams Venison
2 tbsp chopped Onions
1 large(50 g) Egg, Whole
1 serving Balsamic Vinegar
0.25 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Leaf, Dried

Recipe Directions for venison meatloaf

  1. grind venison to a hamburger texture, or just use regular ground venison.. mix in coriander (cilantro or parsley), egg, vinegar,bread crumbs, onion, and garlic powder..mix welll

  2. place in a baking dish and bake in a 375 degree oven for 45 mins or until done..
