Recipe Ingredients for Venison Meatloaf

1 1/2 lb. ground venison
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/4 c. bran
1 egg
1/2 c. Ketchup
14 1/2 oz. tomatoes
1/4 c. onion chopped
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sage
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Venison Meatloaf

  1. chop the onion,

  2. thaw and saute the venison until brown, drain

  3. add all ingredients except ketchup, mix well

  4. spray cooking spray in a loaf pan

  5. put all meat mixture into the loaf pan

  6. spread ketcup or chili sauce or BBQ sauce over the top

  7. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or 1 1/2 hr.

  8. until done.
