Recipe Ingredients for venison meatloaf

1 lb ground venison
1 tbsp brown sugar
22 g cracker, special k
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp mustard, spicy brown
1/4 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 onion, diced
1/4 tsp ground thyme
1 dash cinnamon
1 dash paprika
3 tbsp ketchup

Recipe Directions for venison meatloaf

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. mix together venison, 1/2 tbsp brown sugar, crackers, and egg in a bowl. Season with mustard, parsley, garlic, onion, thyme, cinnamon, and paprika; mix well. Pat mixture into a 9x9 inch pan or a loaf pan.

  3. Bake in preheated oven to an internal temp of 160 degrees, about 40 minutes. Stir together ketchup and remaining brown sugar. Spread on top of meatloaf and return to oven for additional ten minutes.
