A venison chili without a gamey taste

Recipe Ingredients for Venison Chili

2 lbs. ground venison
3 medium onions, chopped
1 small bell pepper, chopped
2 garlic cloves, sliced
28 oz tomatoes, undrained
6 oz tomato paste
4 oz fresh jalepeno peppers
3 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons salt
30 oz dark red kidney beans, drained

Recipe Directions for Venison Chili

In large saucepan over medium heat, cook ground venison with onions, green pepper and garlic until venison is browned and juice evaporate. Add tomatoes and their liquid, tomato paste, and remaining ingredients except beans. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add beans; heat through. Makes ten cups.
