An easy, no-beans chili with a lot of flavor. I can't believe how many chili recipes call for a tsp or at most a Tbsp of chili powder. This one calls for 5. I usually mix it with ancho chili powder, Mexene chili powder and a bulk chili powder from Sam's Club.

Recipe Ingredients for Venison Chili

2 pounds ground venison
2 cups diced tomato
1 onion
1 green pepper
2 cloves garlic
5 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp Mexican oregano
1 tsp onion powder
14 ounces beef broth

Recipe Directions for Venison Chili

Brown the venison and drain. Add chopped onions, green pepper, and garlic. Cook until onions are clear. Add spices and let cook for a minute. Add tomatoes and broth. Simmer for 1 hour.
