Tasty chili made with ground venison. Very simple to make.

Recipe Ingredients for Venison Chili

36 oz tomato juice
1 lb ground venison
2 quarts tomatos
12 oz kidney beans
2 tbs chili powder
1 packet onion soup mix

Recipe Directions for Venison Chili

  1. Brown the 1lb of ground venison, don't drain any fat (there shouldn't be much, if any). Add the 2 quarts of canned tomatos, the tomato juice and onion soup mix.

  2. Let that simmer for about 15-30 mins. Then add the kidney beans and chili powder and cook about another 15 minutes.

  3. Serve as is or you can top it with anything.. just watch the calories in the toppings.
