Recipe Ingredients for Venison Chili

1 1/2 lb venison
15 1/2 oz pinto beans
15 1/2 oz navy beans
28 oz crushed tomatoes
15 1/2 oz diced tomatoes with green chiles
14 1/2 oz tomato sauce
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 carrots, shredded
2 zucchini, shredded
1 large onion
6 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Venison Chili

  1. Brown venison.

  2. Saute veggies till soft.

  3. Mix everything together and simmer for a couple of hours.

  4. Add chili powder, salt and pepper to taste.
