Recipe Ingredients for Venetian Steak

2 pounds round steak
2 tbsp. olive oil
16 ounce can tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp. oregano
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 oz. onion soup mix

Recipe Directions for Venetian Steak

Put olive oil in the bottom of a heavy pot. Arrange cut up meat on bottom and cover with soup mix and tomatoes. Add rest of ingredients and simmer, covered, 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
