Recipe Ingredients for Velveeta Macaroni and Cheese

16 oz Shells Medium Dry
2 oz ICBINB! Light (Soft)
0.13 cup Flour
3 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
16 oz Cheese 2% Milk
2 oz Shredded Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
1 tbsp ICBINB! Light (Soft)
1.5 cup Bread Crumbs Italian Style

Recipe Directions for Velveeta Macaroni and Cheese

  1. 1. Cook and drain 1 lb. medium shells.

  2. 2. Put 2 oz. of butter in a saucepan.

  3. 3. Heat on medium until the butter is melted.

  4. 4. Mix in 2 tbsp of flour and heat for about 2 minutes.

  5. 5. gradually pour in 3 cups of milk, stirring constantly.

  6. 6. Add 1 lb. of velveeta cheese, and about 2 oz. of mozzarella or as much as preferred.

  7. 7. Cook on medium low, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted.

  8. 8. Pour the cheese sauce over the cooked shells.

  9. 9. Preheat the oven to 350.

  10. 10. Pour the mixture into a large pan for baking in the oven.

  11. 11. Melt 1 oz. butter in a pan over medium heat.

  12. 12. Brown 1 1/2 cup bread crumbs in the butter for about 2 minutes, or until suitably brown.

  13. 13. Pour the bread crumbs over the shells and cheese.

  14. 14. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
