Recipe Ingredients for Velveeta Down-Home Macaroni and Cheese for 2

1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp all purpose gluten free flour
1/2 cup milk
2 oz velveeta
1/2 cup gluten free elbow macaroni
1/8 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Velveeta Down-Home Macaroni and Cheese for 2

  1. Boil water and cook noodles as directed.

  2. In sauce pan melt butter and add flour to make roux. Add milk slowly and allow to thicken. Add cubed velveeta, stir until melted. Add pasta and shredded cheese and stir to mix.

  3. Spray small oven safe dish and pour mixture in. Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

  4. Use regular flour and noodles to make normal and calories come out the same.
