Stor fried veggies, great for a quick low cal lunch.

Recipe Ingredients for vegtable stir fry

1 carrot, sliced
1 celery stalk, sliced
1/2 c cabbage, sliced
1/2 red pepper, sliced
1/4 small onion, sliced
1 egg, scarmbled
2 T oil
2 tsp soy sauce, light

Recipe Directions for vegtable stir fry

  1. Heat oil in pan.

  2. Add chopped veggies and stir fry.

  3. Mix in soy sauce.

  4. Push veggies to the edge, and add scrambled egg.

  5. When egg is cooked, mix together and serve alone or with rice.
