Potato is currently 1/2 cup, you may make any one vegtable 1/2 cup. You may use fresh or canned vetables. Meat can be added.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegtable soup

1 cup Vegtable juice
1/4 cup peas, canned
1/2 cup potatoes
1/4 cup celery
1/4 cup corn, canned
1/4 cup green beans, canned
1/4 onion
1/4 cup carrots

Recipe Directions for Vegtable soup

  1. Copped required vegtables.

  2. Add into slow cooker.

  3. Stir.

  4. Cook for 1-2 hours on low. If more time is required repeat.
