1 Serving Vegetable Stock
4 medium raw Leeks
140 grams Mushrooms
2 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
750 grams Water
3 medium Onions
3 medium stalk, raw Celery
2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled

Cut everything up small dry fry add stock and water and boil for 1 hour and then liquiise
