Recipe Ingredients for Vegtable Pita

1/4 Bell Pepper
3 Mushrooms
1/8 Onion
4 tbsp Hummus
1 Whole Wheat Pita

Recipe Directions for Vegtable Pita

Spray pan with olive oil spray and saute all vegtables until done. Cut Pita in half spread half hummus on one side, half on the other stuff with veggie's and enjoy
