Recipe Ingredients for Vegtable Lasagna

8 pc Lasagna Noodles
8 oz Vidalia Onion
0.5 medium raw Onion Red
2 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Crookneck And Straightneck
3 tbsp Olive Oil
4 cup Simply Smart 1 Percent
6 cloves, raw Garlic
1 tbsp(14 g) Fresh Buttery Taste Spread Soft
8 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
1 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
8 tbs Pecorino Romano Grating Cheese
8 tbs Pecorino Romano Grating Cheese

Recipe Directions for Vegtable Lasagna

Saute onions peppers & squash in olive oil in batches. Set aside Boil lasagna noodles, rinse w/ cold water set aside. Saute garlic in butter, add milk and get it hot but not boiling. Add cheeses and white pepper. Layer lasagna noodles, veggies sauce. Bake at 375 till bubbly.
