A mix of the food left in my cupboard!

Recipe Ingredients for Vegtable jumbly

150 grams spinach
200 grams mushrooms
4 spring onions
3 cloves garlic
100 grams peas
1 cup water
2 cups baked beans

Recipe Directions for Vegtable jumbly

  1. slowly dry fry the onions and garlic til soft

  2. add the mushrooms and a tablespoon of water and stir until tender

  3. add the remaining water

  4. add the spinach and peas and beans and heat

  5. eat

  6. tastes surprisingly good
