Recipe Ingredients for vegragious stir fry

1 cup broccoli
1/2 cup snow peas
2 oz chicken
1 1/2 cup mushroom
1 onion
1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
4 tablespoons white wine
1 tablespoon vinegar
3 tablespoons canola oil
1 tsp red pepper flakes
6 oz rice noodles
3 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for vegragious stir fry

  1. Heat oil in wok.

  2. Prepare noodles as directed, rince with cold water and set aside.

  3. In a bowl mix vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and white wine, set aside.

  4. Stir-fry onions in oil for about 2 minutes

  5. Add chicken stir fry until no longer pink.

  6. Add other (fresh) veggies. Add soy sauce mixture. Stir-fry about 2 minutes.

  7. Add noodles and stir-fry until coated in sauce and heated through.
